First Time To Use The Oven

I used the oven for the first time and I used some easy-to-make mix from the States. I never used an oven before to bake something so it was quite interesting. :-)

Anyhow - this is the stuff:


It is all "imitated" and "artificial" but anyway it was worth a try.

You should buy an "oven-thermometer". Not all ovens heat at the level you have preset.

Cooking in an oven is as much an "art form" as it is a science.

True - though my first problem was the recalculation of Fahrenheit to Celsius. It's imported from the states so I had to search for recalculation tool (Google helped). Though I couldn't match the temperature exactly.
I'm also not sure if I should have used the normal heating program or the circulating heat that I used now.
But it really didn't taste bad. :-)

Thanks. Quite a few things here are imported from the States and use different measurements.
Anyway - I'll fly there in 3 weeks. :-) Won't get to Hawaii though.
